Capparis sandwichiana is a species of plant in the Capparaceae family. It is endemic to the Hawaiian Islands. Its common English name is Native Caper. In Hawaiian, it is called maiapilo or pua pilo.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland and rocky shores. It is threatened by habitat destruction.
