CODE (programming language)

CODE (programming language)

CODE (Computationally-Oriented Display Environment) is a visual programming language and system for parallel programming, letting users compose sequential programs into parallel ones. The parallel program is a directed graph, where data flows on arcs linking the nodes representing the sequential programs. The programs may be written in any language, and CODE outputs parallel programs for a variety of architectures, as its model is architecture independent.
