CIOK-FM is an FM radio station at 100.5 MHz in Saint John, New Brunswick. The New K-100 plays a lite rock format and is owned by Maritime Broadcasting System, and is the most listened to radio station in Saint John (BBM S407 Results). K100 has been on the air since 1987.
