Istanbul Contemporary Art Museum (or iS.CaM) is an independent art organisation that develops and colloborates with other institutions. One of its tenets is that art and education should go together. In terms of the internet it is pioneering, including the establishment of the Istanbul Museum, Web Biennial, an exhibition entirely on the internet. The iS.CaM was founded by Mehmet Sinan in 1998. The present director is Genco Gulan with Marcus Graf, the chief curator.
