Brett Claywell

Brett "Spoda" Claywell (born April 11, 1978) is an American actor best known for playing the role of Tim Smith on the CW's hit show One Tree Hill.

Biography

Claywell was raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. In high school he played both basketball and soccer. He has even travelled abroad to play soccer. He was also known as the class clown. After high school he attended college at North Carolina State University, where he graduated with a major in architecture and a minor in theatre. While at NC State he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. His nickname there was 'Spoda'.

Claywell has two older siblings, a brother, Christopher, and a sister, Traci.

Brett Claywell is now bicoastal with a home both in North Carolina and California.
