Black Foliage: Animation Music Volume One (1999) is the third full length album released by The Olivia Tremor Control of The Elephant 6 Recording Company. The elusive leader of the band Neutral Milk Hotel, Jeff Mangum, can be heard singing on the track "I Have Been Floated."
