Bite Your Tongue is the debut solo album by Australian singer-songwriter Tiffani Wood. It was released in Australia on October 14, 2006 through Wood's own independent record label Mudhoney Records.
Herald Sun music reporter Cameron Adams gave the album three stars, stating, "Wood hasn't got the budget for hot overseas hitmakers, but has a powerful voice and never sounds out of depth amid heavy guitars...In a word: sassy".

| July 18, 2005 | "Devil in Your Soul" The first single from Bite Your Tongue was released on 18 July, 2005, and was the very first music release to be lifted from Wood's own independent record label, Mudhoney Records. The song showcased a harder, fast-paced rock sound compared to Wood's previous output, dominated by electric guitars and a strong drum beat. The tongue-in-cheek lyrics take a stab at the music industry and how major record labels take advantage of young artists in order to make them 'marketable'. Wood co-directed the music video. The single debuted at number 13 on the Association of Independent Records (AIR) chart. |

| April 3 2006 | "Spin the Bottle" The second single from Bite Your Tongue. Released on April 3, 2006, the song was used behind several promotional advertisements for long-time running TV soap Neighbours in the lead up to the 2006 Logie Awards. The single peaked at #2 on the Association of Independent Records (AIR) for independent distribution and #10 for all distribution. The club mix proved popular on several radio stations, Wood performing the remix at a number of nightclubs and special events with a burlesque theme. Wood also performed the track on television programs such as Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Sunrise and Toasted TV. |
