The following is a list of all The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius episodes.

Pilot (1998)

The pilot, named Runaway Rocketboy, involves Jimmy testing a rocket ship that he has invented, and later uses it when he inadvertently stumbles upon a Yolkian plot to conquer Earth. The pilot was never aired, but its plot was used for the film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. The pilot was later included as an extra on the "Confusion Fusion" DVD.

The pilot had a few differences from the main series. Most notably, the clothes were different, Goddard was not voiced by Frank Welker, and Carl Wheezer resembled his father. The title card had a picture in the scene. Also, the DNA Productions mascot was an animated cat.

Short	Overview
Carl Squared	Carl asks Jimmy lots of questions when he clones himself. The cloning machine is seen again in "Send in the Clones"'and "The Trouble with Clones."
Cookie Time	Jimmy has a remote control that controls time. He asks his mom for a cookie and gets it. He keeps rewinding but Goddard bites the remote and sends them back to the prehistoric era. The remote is seen again in "Sorry, Wrong Era".
Hyper Corn	Jimmy invents his Hyper Cube, to store infinite items in one small place. But, it's dinner time and they are having creamed corn, which Jimmy hides in his Hyper Cube. After Jimmy's dad breaks it, Jimmy finds out he likes it after all.
New Dog. Old Tricks	Jimmy introduces his robotic dog, Goddard to Cindy and her dog, Humphrey. Humphrey makes brief cameos in other episodes such as "Crime Sheen Investigation".
Pain Pain Go Away	Jimmy visits the dentist, using his Pain-Transference Helmet to transfer the pain to Cindy. He gets in trouble, though, when Cindy snatches the helmet the next day.
Sea Minus	Jimmy accidentally uses his Matter Transporter to move the Neutron's House underwater! The Matter Transporter is seen again in "My Son, the Hamster".
Ultralord vs. The Squirrels	Sheen gets his new Ultralord Action Figure in a tree, Jimmy must get it back with his Hypno Ray invention to keep it away from the squirrels. The Hypno Ray is seen again in "Hypno Birthday To You".

3	September 13, 2002	Brobot/The Big Pinch	Jimmy feels lonely because everyone seems to have more fun when they're not an only child, so Jimmy makes a brother out of metal and calls it Brobot; In order to prove Cindy wrong, Jimmy brings Thomas Edison to the present using his Time Pincher, and ends up not being able to pry him away from Miss Fowl and Thomas Edison refuses to return to his own time.
4	September 20, 2002	Granny Baby/Time is Money	Jimmy has to look after his grandma, and invents a chemical that transforms her into a baby; The Neutrons get rich after Jimmy goes back in time to convince his dad to invest in McSpankey's.
5	September 27, 2002	Raise the Oozy Scab/I Dream of Jimmy	Jimmy and his friends encounter a giant squid while trying to find a treasure chest in the sea; Carl's strange behavior due to nightmares causes Jimmy and Sheen to go inside his dreams to see what happens that makes Carl so scared. (Note: When Jimmy has to think of a way that Carl thinks he's dreaming, Jimmy kisses Cindy which opens the exit out of Carl's dream).
6	October 4, 2002	Jimmy On Ice/Battle Of The Bands	Jimmy's predictions go to hatred when he overfreezes Retroville; the three friends form a rock band so they can beat their arch rivals, Cindy and Libby in the school talent show. The Boys almost beat the girls, but are undone at the last second because of their hyper-inflated egos!
7	October 14, 2002	See Jimmy Run/Trading Faces	Jimmy invents super-fast shoes so he can beat Cindy in a race; Jimmy and Cindy switch lives and bodies.
8	October 30, 2002	Phantom of Retroland/My Son, the Hamster	Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen go to Retroville's highly populated Amusement Park at midnight so they can prove that a phantom doesn't haunt the place; Jimmy's atoms are accidentally switched with a hamster's so that he has the head of a boy and the body of a hamster.
9	November 1, 2002	Hall Monster/Hypno Birthday To You	Jimmy becomes the new hall monitor and everyone is afraid of him; Jimmy invents a hypno ray to hypnotize his parents into thinking it is his birthday everyday.
10	November 15, 2002	Krunch Time/Substititute Creature	Jimmy invents a candy that turns out to be highly addictive; Jimmy's DNA plant turns Ms. Fowl into a 50 ft. tall giant monster.
11	November 30, 2002	Safety First/Crime Sheen Investigation	Jimmy invents two Nanobots to defend him from the school bully, but they malfunction and cause chaos; Jimmy helps Sheen find his missing UltraLord action figure.
12	January 31, 2003	Professor Calamitous, I Presume/Journey to the Center of Carl	The bad Professor Finbar Calamitous, who can never finish anything, plots to take over Retroville, with some help from its resident boy genius; Everyone hates school so Jimmy invents sick patches to fake sickness, but they actually sink into their bodies and Jimmy and Sheen have to stop the germs in everybody's body.
13	February 27, 2003	Party at Neutron's/Ultra Sheen	Jimmy throws a party at his house while his parents are out; Sheen fights alongside his favorite video game character after being transported into it with Jimmy's new invention. An interesting note is that the title card for Ultra Sheen is stylized like the SEGA logo.
14	March 14, 2003	Sleepless in Retroville/Broadcast Blues	Jimmy is hosting a sleepover with Carl and Sheen! To make it the best slumber party in history, Jimmy invents a machine to make perfect pillows for pillow fights, create made-to-order pizzas, and tell scream-your-head-off scary stories. But what happens if the invention is overloaded and the programs mix up?
15-16	April 25, 2003	The Eggpire Strikes Back	The evil Eggpire returns to Retroville and at first they claim that they come in peace, but they really want to use Jimmy's DNA Cloner/Scanner to create a new Poultra and exact revenge.
17	May 27, 2003	Maximum Hugh/Aaughh	Wilderness		Hugh gets a sweat band that turns him into a serious athlete so he can beat Cindy and her mother in the picnic games; Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen go camping in the wilderness with Hugh, and trouble results.
18	June 6, 2003	Make Room for Daddy-O	Jimmy makes his dad the coolest guy in Retroville so he won't be embarrassed by others for his father's immature performance.
19	September 5, 2003	Beach Party Mummy	Jimmy and his friends visit real mummies in Egypt so they can abandon watching a boring video in school
20	August 1, 2003	Sorry, Wrong Era	Jimmy's new time-travel invention sends him and his friends back two hundred million years..

Season 2: 2003-2004

In contrast to season one, 22 minute episodes became the norm for the show compared to season one. Season two consists of only six episodes of 11 minute shows, compared to nine full 22 minute episodes.

29	February 13, 2004	Love Potion 976/J	Jimmy creates a love potion that accidentally causes himself, Carl, and Sheen to fall madly in love with the first girls they see, (Carl=Jimmy's mom, Jimmy=Cindy, Sheen=Libby).
30	March 8, 2004	Sheen's Brain	Sheen gains an IQ and gets the highest score on a math test in his class after Jimmy turned his brain drain helmet into a brain gain helmet. Sheen's head then grows and grows until Jimmy and Carl finally shrink it down. His IQ increases to a God like level.
31	March 9, 2004	MaternoTron Knows Best/Send in the Clones	Jimmy creates a robot to replace his vacationing mother; To get out of doing chores, Jimmy creates six different clones of himself so he can go into outer space. But the only thing the clones do right is cause trouble. At the end of this episode, the evil clone escapes to be seen again in "The Trouble with Clones".
32	March 10, 2004	The Great Egg Heist/The Feud	Jimmy and friends rob the Retroville Museum in order to help Professor Calamitous, who is cleverly disguised as a princess; A lawn fight occurs between the Neutrons and the Wheezers and they soon decide that they are sick with each other, which means that Carl and Jimmy are no longer best friends.
33	March 11, 2004	Out, Darn Spotlight	Jimmy enters himself in a stage play so he can share the romance between Betty Quinlin.
34	March 12, 2004	The Junkman Cometh	Jimmy and his friends are sucked into a space monster's ship so they can rescue Brobot's parents.
35	March 26, 2004	Foul Bull/The Science Fair Affair	Ms. Fowl's class goes on a field trip to a rodeo stadium; Jimmy is banned from the science fair.
37	June 2, 2004	Men at Work	Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen decide to take jobs at the greatest fast food restaurant in Retroville.
38	June 7, 2004	The Mighty Wheezers/Billion Dollar Boy	Carl and his family turn into powerful super heroes after Jimmy gets sick of their allergies and feeds them a health pill; Jimmy and his friends battle a billionaire fiend

47	May 24, 2005	Fundemonium	Hugh becomes a toy inventor so the Neutrons won't have to move, but he uses Jimmy's nanobots as batteries for one toy, and it causes chaos.
48	June 20, 2005	Who's your Mommy?/Clash of the Cousins	An alien substance attaches itself to Carl's face and Carl has to take care of it; When the presents went wrong, Jimmy finds out that there's an evil genius in his family and has to find out who it is, it was the family baby,he(Baby Eddie)wants to kill the family for their money.

52	January 26, 2006	The Incredible Shrinking Town	Jimmy and his friends spend their life as tiny humans after the genius was too short to go on a specific ride in Retroland.
53	January 24, 2006	One of Us/Vanishing Act	A TV show called The Happy Show Show turns the citizens of Retroville into emotionless, cheerful zombies; Jimmy visits the Great Spamdini in the magic world.
54	January 25, 2006	The Trouble with Clones	The evil Jimmy clone tries to destroy earth so the cloned earth that he created will become the new earth.
55	January 26, 2006	The Evil Beneath/Carl Wheezer, Boy Genius	The boys travel to the Bahama Quadrangle to disprove the myth of the disappearances associated with the mysterious site. Their search brings them to the secret underwater laboratory of the insane genius Dr. Moist who has been abducting unsuspecting travelers and turning them into Algae Men; Carl decides that he wants to become a boy genius so he can impress a girl, and makes Jimmy his lousy assistant.
56	January 27, 2006	Who Framed Jimmy Neutron?/Flippy	Jimmy tries to find the fiend who was framing him for stealing a large sum of money; Hugh creates a puppet for career day and Jimmy thinks he has no chance. 58	November 25, 2006	El Magnifico/Best in Show	Jimmy turns Sheen's dad into a superhero; Goddard is eliminated from a pet show because he is not a real dog. He runs away, causing Jimmy to miss him.
59	July 22, 2005	My Big Fat Spy Wedding	The amazing spy Jet Fusion and his enemy Beautiful Gorgeous become engaged, and Jimmy and his friends try to find their secret.
60	November 17, 2006	How to Sink a Sub/Lady Sings the News	The children's parents become substitute teachers and Jimmy is sinking the subs; Jimmy and friends are live as newscasters.
