Awake and Breathe was Irish girl group B*Witched's second album, released in 1999. It peaked at #5 on the UK album chart in the year of its release, but the three tracks released ("Jesse Hold On", "I Shall Be There", and "Jump Down") only reached #4, #13 and #16 in the singles chart, disappointing after the four singles from the debut album B*Witched all reached #1. A fourth single ("Someday") was planned for release but due to the poor chart success of the previous 3 singles the record company halted its plans to do so.

The album peaked at #91 on the US Billboard 200 album sales chart. It went Gold in January 2000.
