Augusta Exchange

The Augusta Exchange is an 87-acre regional power center in Augusta, Georgia located directly of the intersection of I-520 and I-20 and is a 1/4 of a mile from Augusta Mall. Located on former farm land, the center opened in October 1997 and leases approximately of retail space. Its main anchors are Target, Ashley Furniture, and a 20-screen Regal Cinemas movie theater. The shopping center is currently owned by Kimco Realty.
