Ar Jani Na (Lit: That's all I know) is the name of the first album by the bangla band Chandrabindoo (also known as Chandrabindu). It was released in 1997 by T-Series, designed and produced by Shobhan Mukhopadhay and recorded by Ephraim Isaacs at studio Vibration in Calcutta.
The second song, "Mouno Mukhorata", was inspired by the Paul Simon song "The Sound of Silence". The sixth song is a very sad and nostalgic song. The other songs are satirical, humorous, light-hearted and refreshing. As a bangla band, Chandrabindoo became very successful, both critically as well as commercially. The mood of this, their first album, set the tone for following albums, which inclined towards the nonsensical and satirical, with an in-your-face approach towards contemporary Bengali society in particular and also prevalent global culture and politics.
Aar Jani Naa proved to be a surprise commercial success. In 2005, Chandrabindoo re-worked on their first album and made a few changes in the lyrics and the music and came out with a new album titled Ebhabeo Phire Asha Jaaye.
