Antimenes Painter

The Antimenes Painter was an ancient Greek vase painter who flourished between 530 and 510 BCE. He was one of the most prolific black-figure artists of Athens and was named after a Kalos inscription exalting Antimenes on a hydria (Leiden, Rijksmus. Oudhd., PC 63). Currently, his work has been found on 140 pieces of pottery.
