The band followed up their EP with the full length Album "Realize You're Dead" in 2002 garnering positive reviews. which was supported by heavy touring.
After some Member shuffling in 2003 "The Machines" EP was released as a download only on the band's now defunct official website. Following the release they played the summer Christian Music festival circuit. In August of that year the band embarked on tour with label mates Bestiary and Bloodlined Calligraphy.
The fall of 2003 saw the departure of original vocalist Dan Gleason who left to pursue other musical projects. Jordan "Truck" Batterbee (Bestiary, Dagon) stepped into the role. It was around this time that the band started performing less frequently. Gleason returned in 2005 when the band performed at the Ichthus Music Festival in Kentucky.
In 2006 drummer Adrian Green joined Roadrunner Records band Still Remains though continues to occasionally perform with Anah Aevia.
The band entered the studio in December 2007 to begin recording a new as yet untitled EP. It is being recorded and produced by guitarist Clint Salisbury.
