Ammunition Design Group is a
product design group based in
San Francisco, CA led by
Robert Brunner, as a break-off of
Pentagram Design. The company designs computers, hardware, and other devices for many companies, including
Wells Fargo,
Hewlett-Packard,
Dell Computer, and
Logitech. Although Brunner has designed computers for
Apple Inc, his group is now working on designing computers specifically for
Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system.
Microsoft Windows PCs
Ammunition Group was also in a competition to design computers specifically for Windows. Among these computers are the Microsoft Oxygen, an all-in-one similar to the iMac, the Microsoft Zinc countertop PC, the Microsoft Carbon compact PC similar to the Mac Mini, the Microsoft Argon concept entertainment based all-in-one PC, and the Microsoft Cobalt convertible notebook/tablet system. These concept PCs were made specifically to match the Windows Aero GUI found in Windows Vista.
