Amantle Montsho

Amantle Montsho (born 4 July 1983) is a sprinter from Botswana who specializes in the 400 metres.

She won the silver medal at the 2006 African Championships and the gold medal at the 2007 All-Africa Games. At the All-Africa Games she also finished fifth in the 200 metres. At the 2006 IAAF World Cup she finished sixth with the African 4x400 metres relay team.

She also competed at the 2004 Olympic Games, the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the World Championships in 2005 and 2007 without reaching the finals.

Her personal best times were both set during the 2007 All-Africa Games and are both Botswana records. She has 23.66 seconds in the 200 m and 51.13 seconds in the 400 m.
