Alisal High School is an American public high school opened in 1965 and located on the east side of
Salinas, California. Their school colors are green, black and white. Their mascot is the Trojan and the current principal is Dan Burns.

History
Founded in 1965 in response to suburban growth in Salinas, the school opened its doors in 1966 and graduated its first class in 1967.
March Against Violence
On March 27, 2007, AP Government teacher
Ruben Pizarro led over 300 Alisal High School students on a march from Alisal High School to the
Cesar Chavez Library in an effort to raise awareness of the spike in violence in Salinas since the beginning of 2007. Students were joined by city officials including the city's mayor Dennis Donohue, several city district council members, and the city's Police Chief, Dan Ortega.
