Philippine Hawk-eagle
The Philippine Hawk-eagle, Aigle Des Philippines, or Aguila-azor Filipina (Nisaetus philippensis earlier treated under Spizaetus) is a species of bird of prey in the Accipitridae family. The subspecies pinskeri may be a candidate for raising to full species.
It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
