O'Reilly Auto Parts

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a publicly traded chain of Auto Parts stores that started with one store in Springfield, Missouri in 1957. It has since grown to over 1,830 stores in 26 states. The corporate headquarters of O'Reilly are still located in Springfield.

In the late 1990s, O'Reilly expanded into the Texas market through the acquisition of Hi-Lo Auto Parts.

On April 1, 2008, O'Reilly announced plans to buy CSK Auto, for approximately $1 billion.

On July 11, 2008, O'Reilly completed the acquisition of CSK Auto.
