Æ (Cyrillic)

Ӕ ӕ is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet now used in Ossetic to represent the near-open front unrounded vowel /æ/. Ossetic earlier used the Latin alphabet, and the digraph Æ was taken over in the shift to Cyrillic.
